‘Light’ You Together – Joyful Lantern Festival

To promote the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation and to create a joyful and festive holiday atmosphere for all members of the Baik family, on February 23, the Baik Biotechnology Union Committee simultaneously held a Lantern Festival–themed riddle-solving event at both the Zhuoyue and Huoju plant sites!
The lingering charm of the Spring Festival has yet to fade.

To promote the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation and to create a joyful and festive holiday atmosphere for all members of the Baik family, on February 23, the Baik Biotechnology Union Committee simultaneously held a Lantern Festival Celebration and Fun Riddle-Guessing Event at both the Zhuoyue and Huoju plant sites!
Two days before the event, staff members were already immersed in intensive preparations: some were stringing up lanterns, while others were hanging up riddle cards. One by one, vibrant, multicolored lanterns were hoisted high, instantly filling the air with a rich festive atmosphere.
The event started promptly at 11 a.m., drawing a large crowd and creating an exceptionally lively atmosphere.
Some participants were deeply engrossed, racking their brains over a single riddle; others teamed up in small groups, collaboratively solving puzzles, exclaiming, “I know this one!” or “That one seems like…” Everyone competed in wit and knowledge, laughter ringing out again and again in a warm, harmonious atmosphere, creating a joyful, peaceful, and festive scene.
The eagerly anticipated red-envelope draw is the most thrilling moment, with everyone rubbing their hands in anticipation, ready to grab their share!
With hearts racing and hands trembling, we finally opened them to find out whether we’d won. As they unwrapped their red envelopes, some were grinning from ear to ear, overjoyed; others wore a touch of disappointment, already vowing to try their luck again next year.
Thanks to the meticulous planning and organization by the Trade Union Committee, this event concluded successfully, fostering a warm, joyful, and harmonious festive atmosphere. It not only preserved and carried forward traditional holiday customs but also boosted employees’ enthusiasm for participating in company activities; at the same time, it enriched their extracurricular cultural life and strengthened interpersonal connections.
