The General Office of the National Medical Products Administration is publicly soliciting comments on the “Administrative Measures for Mandatory Liability Insurance for Vaccines (Draft for Comments).”

To implement the provisions of the Vaccine Administration Law regarding the mandatory vaccine liability insurance system, the National Medical Products Administration, in collaboration with the National Health Commission and the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, has drafted the Measures for the Administration of Mandatory Vaccine Liability Insurance (Draft for Comments), which is now being made public for public consultation.
