“The warmth of everyday life is what truly soothes the human heart!” To enhance employees’ sense of well-being at work and in their personal lives and to foster a positive, healthy, and uplifting corporate culture, the Administration Department organized the “A Hundred Grams of Everyday Charm: Fun Food Week” from July 17 to July 21, with the theme “Enjoy Life, Enjoy Good Food.”
“The warmth of everyday life is what truly soothes the human heart!” To enhance employees’ sense of well-being at work and in their personal lives and to foster a positive, healthy, and uplifting corporate culture, the Administration Department organized the “Fireside Feast: Fun Food Week” from July 17 to 21, with the theme of savoring life and enjoying delicious food. The week-long event came to a close amid lingering laughter and joyful chatter.
Act One: “The Temptation of Fine Cuisine”
What delectable dishes leave a lingering aroma on your palate? What exquisite pastries melt sweetly into your heart? And what savory soups offer an unforgettable aftertaste? Is it the rich, fragrant braised pork ribs, or the spicy, collagen-packed beauty hoof; the golden, flaky egg tarts, or the soft, mouthwatering meat floss buns; or perhaps the refreshing plum juice that cools you down, or the soothing floral and fruit teas that cleanse the soul?

As soon as lunchtime arrives, the cafeteria is filled with the enticing aroma of freshly prepared dishes, and employees are already lining up in an orderly fashion to get their meals. Some savor every bite while snapping photos and sharing them on social media, while others sip warm mutton soup as they rave about the delicious food.

The cafeteria staff’s carefully prepared dishes have won over everyone’s taste buds and hearts.
Act Two: “Fun Games”
How could Fun Food Week be complete without fun games? This year, several games will once again be randomly selected. From trivia quizzes and rock-paper-scissors to bouncy-ball tosses, “Good Luck Rolls,” sack races, basketball shooting, and ring-toss, employees are already eager to give them a try even before the event has officially begun.

The event venue was buzzing with excitement, filled with bursts of laughter. Some employees were lucky enough to win the more challenging ring-toss and beanbag-throwing games, while others clinched quick-reaction contests like rock-paper-scissors. All participants immersed themselves in the lively, joyous atmosphere, and the generous array of prizes on offer ensured that everyone went home with a smile—and a prize!

Act Three: “Mystery Segment—Great Gifts Await”
“The state puts the people first, and the people put food above all else.” We advocate finishing every last bite on the plate and say no to “leftover” banquets. The Administration Department has reviewed surveillance footage from the past two months to identify employees who frequently leave significant amounts of food on their plates at lunch, and has presented them with “Clean Plate” awards.

Baike Bio consistently encourages its employees to cherish food, take only what they need, and practice mindful portioning to eliminate waste. This virtue of thrift is upheld day in and day out, and these “empty-plate warriors” exemplify it through their actions.
A rich and diverse menu, paired with delightfully engaging games, ensures that employees experience pure happiness—from the tip of their tongues to the depths of their hearts.
This Fun Food Week demonstrates the company’s care and concern for its employees, as well as its commitment to enhancing their quality of life and physical health. We will continue to organize a variety of culinary events while steadily improving the professional skills and overall competence of our cafeteria staff, all in order to provide exceptional food services for our employees.
