Male, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a master’s degree and is a senior economist. Currently serves as a director on the 11th Board of Directors and as Deputy General Manager of Changchun High-Tech Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. Previously held the positions of Assistant to the General Manager and Chairman of the 8th Supervisory Board of Changchun High-Tech Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. Also concurrently serves as a supervisor of Changchun JinSai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a director of Jilin Huakang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and a director of Changchun Jinyandi Ke Biopharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. From February 2019 to December 2021, served as a director on the company’s 4th Board of Directors; from December 2021 to December 2024, served as a director on the company’s 5th Board of Directors; and since December 2024, has served as Chairman of the company’s 6th Board of Directors.

Vice Chairman Kong Wei

Male, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a Ph.D. from Jilin University and is a professor. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Sixth Board of Directors of the company. He has conducted postdoctoral research at the School of Pharmacy of the University of Maryland and at the School of Medicine and the Bloomberg School of Public Health of Johns Hopkins University in the United States. He concurrently serves as an Executive Director of Jilin Huikang Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and as a professor at the College of Life Sciences of Jilin University. From 2002 to 2018, he worked at Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., where he held the positions of Director and General Manager; from 2005 to 2019, he worked at Changchun Dio Technology Co., Ltd. Since [year], has served as Executive Director and General Manager of the Company; since 2007, has been employed at Jilin Huikang Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (formerly Jilin Maifeng Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), holding the positions of Director and Executive Director; from 2010 to 2021, served at Changchun Baiyi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., successively holding the positions of Executive Director, Chairman, and Director; since 2002, has been a professor at the College of Life Sciences of Jilin University; from 2004 to 2024, has been employed at this Company, successively serving as Director and General Manager. Director Jiang Yuntao

Male, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the School of Management at Jilin University, and is a Senior Engineer and Senior Economist. He is among the seventh batch of experts recognized for outstanding contributions by the City of Changchun and receives a special government allowance from the Jilin Provincial Government. Currently serves as the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the 11th Board of Directors of Changchun High-Tech Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. Previously held positions including Assistant to the General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, Executive Deputy General Manager, and General Manager of Changchun High-Tech Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. Also concurrently serves at Changchun JinSai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Chairman of the Board of Directors and a director of Shanghai Ruizhou Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Served as a director on the Company’s Fourth Board of Directors from February 2019 to December 2021; as a director on the Company’s Fifth Board of Directors from December 2021 to December 2024; and as a director on the Company’s Sixth Board of Directors since December 2024.

Director Zhang Yan

Male, member of the Communist Party of China, graduated with a major in Public Finance from Jilin Institute of Commerce; holds a postgraduate degree in World Economics from Northeast Normal University. Currently serves as Deputy General Manager of Changchun High-Tech Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. Previously held positions including Editor at Jilin Provincial Film Distribution and Projection Company, cadre in the Financial and Accounting Division, Office, and Disaster Relief Division of the Jilin Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, Deputy Director of the Jilin Provincial Civil Affairs Industry Office and Researcher at the full-section level, General Manager of the Corporate Client Department at Jilin TV Media Co., Ltd., General Manager and Chairman of Changchun Municipal Development Investment Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of Changchun New Area Development Group Co., Ltd., General Manager of Changchun New Area Development Group Co., Ltd., and Executive Director and General Manager of Changchun New Area Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. Also concurrently serves as a Director of Jilin Huakang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and a Director of Changchun Kaimaisi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Since December 2024, has served as a Director on the Company’s Sixth Board of Directors.

Director Zhu Xinggong

Male, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a bachelor’s degree and is a certified public accountant. Currently serves as Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Changchun High-Tech Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. Previously held positions as a cadre in the Finance Bureau of the Management Committee of the Changchun High-Tech Industrial Development Zone and as Chief Financial Officer of Jilin Huakang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Also concurrently serves as a director of Changchun JinSai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Chairman of Jilin Huakang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., director and general manager of Changchun Yunxi Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and director of Changchun Jinshangming Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. From July 2021 to December 2021, served as a director on the Company’s Fourth Board of Directors; from December 2021 to December 2024, served as a director on the Company’s Fifth Board of Directors; and since December 2024, has served as a director on the Company’s Sixth Board of Directors.

Director Jiang Chunlai

Male, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a doctoral degree from Jilin University, and is a professor. He currently serves as a director and general manager on the company’s sixth board of directors. He previously conducted postdoctoral research at the Duke University School of Medicine in the United States. His career trajectory includes positions as a technician and assistant engineer at the Changchun Institute of Biological Products, as well as lecturer, associate professor, and professor at the College of Life Sciences of Jilin University, and later as director of R&D and deputy general manager of the company. He concurrently serves as the general manager of Jilin Huikang Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and as a director of Shanghai Ruizhou Biotechnology Co., Ltd. From March 2020 to December 2021, he served as Director of the Company’s Fourth Board of Directors; from December 2021 to December 2024, served as a Director and Executive Deputy General Manager of the Company’s Fifth Board of Directors; since December 2024, has served as a Director and General Manager of the Company’s Sixth Board of Directors.

Independent Director Wu Anping

From July 1983 to April 1998, he served as an assistant lecturer, lecturer, and associate professor at Changchun Institute of Industrial Technology, and later as the Director of the Department of Economics and Management. From May 1998 to April 2020, he held the positions of Professor at the School of Management and Vice Dean and then Dean of the School of Tourism at Changchun University, as well as Director of the Audit Office of Changchun University. From August 2008 to November 2018, he served as an independent director on the sixth and seventh boards of directors and as a director on the eighth board of Changchun High-Tech Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. From September 2018 to September 2021, he served as Longxiang External Director of Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd.; from March 2019 to January 2023, served as Professor, Dean of the School of Finance, and Vice President at Changchun Guanghua College; from February 2023 to January 2025, served as Professor in the Department of Finance and Accounting at Qingdao Huanghai College. Since January 2024, has served as an Independent Director of Suzhou Nanwei Technology Co., Ltd. (SH688690); since December 2024, has held the position of Independent Director on the company’s Sixth Board of Directors.

Independent Director Ling Hong

From July 1990 to September 2001, he successively held the positions of Teaching Assistant, Lecturer, and Associate Professor in the Department of Microbiology at Harbin Medical University. From September 2002 to August 2004, he conducted postdoctoral research at the Postdoctoral Research Station in Biology at Harbin Medical University. Since September 2001, he has served as a Professor in the Department of Microbiology at Harbin Medical University; since July 2017, he has also served as a Professor in the Department of Immunology at Harbin Medical University. From September 2001 to September 2020, he served as the Deputy Director of the Department of Microbiology at Harbin Medical University; from July 2017 to July 2020, he served as the Acting Director of the Department of Immunology at Harbin Medical University. From May 2004 to April 2023, he served as the Director of the Department of Parasitology at Harbin Medical University. Since December 2024, he has served as an Independent Director on the Sixth Board of Directors of the Company.

Independent Director Shi Wei

From 1982 to 1985, served as an intern researcher in the Immunology Laboratory of the Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology at the Academy of Military Medical Sciences in Beijing; from 1988 to 1993, served as an assistant researcher in the Molecular Genetics Laboratory of the Institute of Bioengineering at the Academy of Military Medical Sciences in Beijing; from 1993 to 1995, served as a researcher in the Immunology Laboratory of the Institute of Cell Engineering at Osaka University in Japan; from 1999 to 2001, served as a JSPS Foreign Special Research Fellow in the Molecular Immunology Laboratory of the Institute for Infectious Diseases at Osaka University in Japan; from 2001 to 2006, served in Canada… Distinguished Research Fellow at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) and the Institute for Cancer Research; Professor at the Key Laboratory of Molecular Enzymology Engineering, Ministry of Education, Jilin University, from 2006 to 2024; Independent Director of Tonghua Dongbao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. from 2017 to 2023; and Independent Director on the Company’s Sixth Board of Directors since December 2024.

Independent Director Li Xuetian

From September 1995 to July 2017, he successively served as Presiding Judge and Deputy Chief Judge of the Third Civil Division, Chief Judge of the Fourth Civil Division, and Member of the Adjudication Committee of the Higher People’s Court of Jilin Province. From January 2017 to December 2019, he held the positions of Senior Advisor and Partner at Jilin Gongcheng Law Firm. From January 2020 to December 2023, he served as a Senior Partner at Beijing Yingke (Changchun) Law Firm. Since December 2023, he has been the Director of Beijing Long’an (Changchun) Law Firm. As of December 2024, he has also been an Independent Director on the Company’s Sixth Board of Directors.

Employee Representative Director Tong Xuelian

Tong Xuelian, female, born in March 1990, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a bachelor’s degree, and currently serves as Director of the Company’s Board Office and Assistant to the General Manager, as well as the Company’s Securities Affairs Representative. She has previously held positions as a staff member in the Risk and Operations Management Department of Sinopharm Yixin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Secretary to the General Manager, and Securities Affairs Manager in the Board Office.
