General Manager Jiang Chunlai
Male, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a Ph.D. from Jilin University and is a professor. He currently serves as a director and general manager on the company’s sixth board of directors. Prior to this, he conducted postdoctoral research at the Duke University School of Medicine in the United States. He has previously held positions as a technician and assistant engineer at the Changchun Institute of Biological Products, as well as lecturer, associate professor, and professor at the College of Life Sciences of Jilin University, and as director of R&D and deputy general manager of the company. He concurrently serves as the general manager of Jilin Huikang Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and as a director of Shanghai Ruizhou Biotechnology Co., Ltd. From March 2020 to December 2021, he served as a director on the company’s fourth board of directors; from December 2021 to December 2024, he served as a director and executive deputy general manager on the company’s fifth board of directors; and since December 2024, he has served as a director and general manager on the company’s sixth board of directors.
Deputy General Manager Wei Wei
Female, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a master’s degree from Jilin University, and is a senior engineer. She currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of the company. Previously, she held positions as Assistant Engineer at the Changchun Institute of Biological Products, Director and Manager of the Production Management Department at Changchun Changsheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and subsequently as Manager of the Production Management Department and then as Director of Production at the company. She also concurrently serves as a director of Ningbo Chunpai Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd.
Deputy General Manager Liu Dawei
Male, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a Ph.D. from Jilin University, and is a senior-level engineer. Currently serves as Deputy General Manager and Head of Quality at the company. Previously conducted postdoctoral research at the Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and worked at the Changchun Institute of Biological Products. Has held successive positions as R&D Project Manager, Technical Director, and Quality Director at the company.
Chief Financial Officer Meng Zhaofeng
Male, graduated from Northeastern University of Finance and Economics; Certified Public Accountant and Asset Appraiser; currently serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Previously held positions as an accountant at Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Institute, an accountant at the Nong’an Branch of Jilin Provincial Rural Housing Construction and Development Corporation, a Certified Public Accountant at Nong’an Accounting Firm, a Certified Public Accountant at Jilin Jiahe Accounting Firm, a Certified Public Accountant at the Jilin Branch of Zhonglei Accounting Firm, Chief Financial Officer at Lanbao Technology Information Co., Ltd., a Certified Public Accountant at the Liaoning Branch of LianDa Accounting Firm, a Certified Public Accountant at the Qinhuangdao Branch of Ruihua Accounting Firm, a Certified Public Accountant at the Jilin Branch of Dixin Accounting Firm, and served as both Secretary of the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Zhang Zhe, Secretary of the Board
Male, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a master’s degree from Jilin University, and is a senior engineer. Currently serves as the Company’s Board Secretary. Previously held positions at Jilin Huakang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as a staff member in the R&D Department; at Changchun High-Tech Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. as a staff member in the General Manager’s Office; and at this Company as a supervisor, Manager of the Development Planning Department, Director of the Board Office, and Securities Affairs Representative.
