To implement the provisions of the Vaccine Administration Law regarding the mandatory vaccine liability insurance system, the National Medical Products Administration, in collaboration with the National Health Commission and the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, has drafted the Measures for the Administration of Mandatory Vaccine Liability Insurance (Draft for Comments), which is now being made public for public consultation.
To implement the provisions of the Vaccine Administration Law regarding the mandatory vaccine liability insurance system, the National Medical Products Administration, in collaboration with the National Health Commission and the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, has drafted the Measures for the Administration of Mandatory Vaccine Liability Insurance (Draft for Public Comment). The draft is now being made public for comments. Please submit your feedback by November 12, 2020, either by email to zfsfgc@nmpa.gov.cn or by mail to the Policy and Regulations Department, No. 1 Beiluyuan, Zhanlanlu, Xicheng District, Beijing (Postal Code: 100037). In the subject line of the email or on the envelope, please clearly indicate “Feedback on the Measures for the Administration of Mandatory Vaccine Liability Insurance.”
