To ensure that employees enjoy meals that are healthy, safe, and delicious, the cafeteria staff begin preparing for Food Week a full week in advance, carefully selecting ingredients, rigorously vetting the menu, and thoughtfully decorating the dining area—balancing hard work with genuine joy.
